What I Am Reading Now

Alright, so I have made some movement! I am honestly having a little trouble with this book because there are some elements that are hard for me to suspend disbelief for (psychological, not fantastical) and it just rubs me the wrong way that someone who has only ever known one person in her life isn’t being skittish at meeting so many people. I know that is a silly thing to be weird about, but it just gets me. Still, I am intrigued enough to keep reading.

Okay, so I haven’t started these next books yet but I plan to do so today. I just sincerely needed the arrangement to shift dramatically so that I wasn’t only talking about the same books as last week. I’m sorry! But I am so excited to start this one, as well as the others. But, for this one, I’m hesitant because I don’t want to be caught up and therefore have to wait a year for the next book.

I am chomping at the bit to read this. I talked to some people about this book, and they loved it and just really sold it to me, although I was already planning on delving into it next. I can’t wait.

What I Have Finished Reading

I really enjoyed this STEM romance. It was fun, flirty, and nerdy. You can’t go wrong. I cracked up several times reading and I loved all of the nerdy references (and even enjoyed reading about the science that I don’t understand). Check out my full review here.

What I Am Reading Next

Another book I am chomping at the bit to start but I chose Shield of Sparrows to start first since I had borrowed it from the library whereas I own this one. But I am so excited to start it.

I keep hearing good, and sad, things about this one. I’m gearing up to having Hannah rip my heart out again. Can’t wait.

Sacre bleu! A new book for the list! I actually found this book (signed even) on an adventure to a couple of bookstores in Newnan, GA (a post on that will go up this week). It piqued my interest so on the tbr it goes!

I bought this after reading Project Hail Mary because I needed some more space but haven’t had a chance to slip it into my top tbr yet. Here we go!

That’s it for this week. I predict there will be a lot of movement before next week so we will see how much will change. I’m so excited for all of these books. I love books so much y’all. They are the best.
